It isn’t just your age. Your grip’s out of practice.
Grip is a muscle, same as your legs.
Gadgets and helping hands do the work, so it fades.
GripWell gives it back, a few gentle minutes a day.
How to use it
A few minutes while the kettle boils
No gym, no setting up, no special time. Just your hand and a cup of tea.
Fingertips on the pegs
Rest it in your palm with a fingertip on each peg. Your thumb gets its own one.
Press and hold
Gently press all 5 pegs in. Hold while you count to 5, then let them spring back out.
1 finger at a time
Press each peg on its own, thumb to little finger. Every finger gets its turn.
Little and often
Swap hands and give your weaker one a bit extra. A few minutes most days is plenty.

Stop saving your jars for Saturday
Every jar someone opens for you is work your hands miss out on.
A few gentle minutes a day gives that work back.
So the next lid is yours.
Keep The Garden You Love
Your hands work hard all summer, then rest all winter.
So each spring they start a little further back.
A few gentle minutes a day keeps them ready.
Your Grab’s Fine. It’s Your Hold.
You don’t drop things when you pick them up.
You drop them a few seconds later.
GripWell gives your hold the practice it’s been missing.
What to expect, week by week
-
1
Weeks 1 to 2
Getting into the habit
You’ll feel your fingers working, and it tires them sooner than you’d think. A little ache in the forearm, like after a day in the garden, is normal.
-
2
Weeks 3 to 4
It starts to feel easier
You can squeeze for longer before your hand wants a rest. The odd lid or full mug might surprise you.
-
3
Week 6 and beyond
It just feels normal again
Things stay in your hand without you thinking about them. The jar shelf empties, the baskets get done, and nobody notices a thing.
Everyone’s hands are different. Go at your own pace, a few minutes most days.
FAQs
Does it make a good gift?
Yes. Lots of people buy it for a mum, dad or grandparent who’s started struggling with lids or the garden. It’s small, simple to use and needs no setting up, so it’s ready to go from the box.
What do I get in the box?
Your GripWell ball and a simple card showing the 4 easy steps. There’s nothing to charge, plug in or put together.
How often should I use it?
A few minutes most days is plenty. Lots of people keep it by the kettle or the remote, so it becomes part of the day. Little and often works better than a lot at once.
Will it be too stiff, or hurt my hands?
GripWell is soft and made to start gently, not for young men at the gym. You squeeze only as hard as feels comfortable. If you have a hand condition or anything hurts, stop and check with your GP first.
Am I too old for this to make a difference?
Grip is a muscle, and muscles respond to use at any age. Studies of women in their 70s and 80s found regular hand exercise improved their grip. It’s never too late to give your hands some practice.
I’ve already got a drawer full of gadgets. How is this different?
Jar openers and rubber gloves do the work for your hands, so your hands never get better at it. GripWell does the opposite: it gives your own grip the practice it’s been missing.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
You’ve got 60 days to try it. If it’s not right for your hands, for any reason, we’ll refund you in full.
